I provide 1-2-1 online coaching based on my step-by-step, outcome-driven courses and toolkits.

I can offer you a safe space to talk without judgment. I can bring clarity to the issue by peeling away the fog of unconscious behaviour and exposing the underlying emotional mechanics.

“Michael has become a wonderful influence on my life. His guidance leads to a radically new but overwhelmingly true perspective.” — JD, Iowa, USA

I can help you understand the issue—but you must be committed to resolving it. That means committing time, money and—above all—the willingness to change. And you must assume responsibility for every step you take.

How much does it cost?

Coaching is currently on a donation basis depending on your income situation. You can donate before or after the session—don’t let money stop you from doing the healing work you need to do. If you’re not currently working but need help, get in touch anyway.

You can pay using PayPal.me. Thank you.
Email me to book an online meeting (via Zoom, generally about 30 minutes). Let me know your time zone.

Your first session entitles you to two free toolkits which I’ll send after we agree what will be most useful.

How does my coaching work?

It starts with a conversation where you tell me what’s going on. You’ll do much of the talking—at least to begin with. I’ll ask some questions, challenging you to look at your issue from a different perspective.

“Michael helped me to see that I was not a victim of porn, rather that porn was a very diverse communication tool to help me to see myself, acting like a mirror.” — CD, Canterbury, UK

Instead of seeing your issue as an impenetrable fog, my aim is to turn it into an IKEA furniture assembly drawing. Instead of seeing a vague and confusing picture, you will see its component parts and how they interact.

I will not tell you what to do, because it’s essential that you arrive at that decision for yourself.

Often there’s an ‘a-ha’ moment when the penny drops. At that point the session naturally terminates.

Data protection and confidentiality

I don’t take any notes from calls. The only data I keep are your name and email. (No, my email list is not for sale. Click here for my Privacy Notice.)

Everything you tell me is confidential. However, I am legally required to report any crimes I become aware of. If you are struggling with violent sexual urges or the urge to view violent or illegal pornographic material, please seek professional help.

What are you waiting for?

Drop me an email. I look forward to hearing from you.

“Michael offers the partners of pornography-users a looking glass, window of opportunity to address their own sexual fears by encouraging conscious and open dialogue — to look at their own sexual wounds and encourage a new and healthier relationship.”

Cherie Roe Dirksen, self-empowerment author

“THANK YOU for shining a light on this problem. More need to understand the reality of porn and sex addiction and the invitation to identify the deep human woundedness that drives people to these behaviors.”

Lauri Ann Lumby, OM, OPM, MATS
