In Is Ascension really a thing? I described the bewildering process of Ascension as ‘compressed conscious evolution’. This is a perfectly accurate description of a process that intelligently, repeatedly and mercilessly crushes outworn, judgmental beliefs out of our DNA and replaces them with unity-based programming as humanity makes the jump not into hyperspace but from 3D to 5D. (What are 3D and 5D anyway?)
That’s all very well, but none of those three words—compressed conscious evolution—lends itself particularly well to metrics, analysis or assessment. How do you measure compression (in this context), consciousness or evolution? The latter in particular is a process whose Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) span entire epochs. Yet the person undergoing Ascension is acutely aware that after any major breakthrough, progress has been achieved. But how much?
So here’s another, equally valid definition: Ascension is the process of emptying our unconscious into our conscious awareness. Measuring the contents of our unconscious is technically impossible—we don’t know what’s in there—but at least this definition gives us a finite endpoint: when we totally empty our unconscious, we complete the transition into 5D.
Ascension is the process of emptying our unconscious into our conscious awareness. When we totally empty our unconscious, we complete the transition into 5D.
You will know beyond any doubt when you have achieved this, for you will not only be acutely aware that you are draining the bottom of the unconsciousness ‘tank’ (swamp is more accurate) but your life will suddenly and significantly change for the better as you begin to manifest from a place of psychological wholeness. It’s like that saying about love: if you have to ask if you’re in love, you’re not. While the spiritual path may stretch ahead through any number of dimensions, the endpoint of the 3D-to-5D Ascension path is crystal clear.
That may leave you somewhere in mid-process, working away at the painful business of unpicking what’s in your unconscious little by little and releasing it. As I wrote in Hyperbolic funnel – the shape of Ascension, the speed at which issues fly up for resolution may indicate where you are. If you can feel them accelerating gradually, you’re moving into the middle stages of Ascension. If they’re accelerating scarily, you’re approaching the end game.
There are some key markers—particularly deep unconscious programming—that need to be navigated in the later stages of Ascension, which I haven’t written about yet. But if you’re dealing with those you’re probably writing your own blog rather than reading mine.
In the meantime, keep working on those Ascension blocks with the goal of emptying your unconscious into your consciousness. After all, what is a conscious human other than someone who has no unconscious?
